Jonathan Grasso

 

Jonathan is a diversified property professional with extensive experience across all asset classes. With a track record spanning over 20 years, Jonathan has delivered landmark projects across the eastern seaboard. In the early 2000’s, Jonathan saw an opportunity to establish an office in Singapore to facilitate the connection of offshore purchases with local real estate. This lead to the expansion of the business to include asset and capital management services. Jonathan is hands on when it comes to construction delivery and his technical capabilities ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Jonathan is instrumental in the success of each development and is highly regarded by his peers.

Andrew Bentley

 

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a strong commercial focus in property projects over the course of his career. He has successfully delivered projects valued from $10 Million to over $100 Million. Andrew has been involved in a wide range of projects throughout Australia, the South Pacific and the Middle East. Andrew’s early involvement in projects with strategic advice assists in ensuring the overall success of a project.

Commencing his early career as a Building Cadet, Andrew’s key experience spans Development Management, Project & Cost Management, Risk Management, Quantity Surveying and Contract Superintendence.

His experience in development and cost management and exceptional development and project management skills ensure successful project delivery within the clients’ specific parameters. Andrew takes pride in delivering successful outcomes for all of his clients and projects.
